History & Background:

Justin grew up playing video games and has always had a passion for fantasy and adventure games. Much of his childhood was spent playing games like “Missile Command”, or “Space invaders” for the Atari and eventually games like “Zelda” and “Street Fighter” when the Nintendo was released in the 80’s. His educational background includes 4 years of Architectural design and 4 years Digital Entertainment and Game Design. Justin has a Bachelors degree in Digital Entertainment and Game Design from ITT technical institute. In addition to pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, Justin has also been running a successful graphic design business for the last four years based out of Camarillo, CA.

Development Role(s) Dexscription in Combustion Down:

Lead Environment Designer, Modeler and Texture artist.

Primary designs included the modeling and texturing of the Bridge and Oil Rig Platform. Additional designs included vehicles such as the three Semi trucks, the oil tanker trailer and the pinto wagon.

Skills:

Justin’s primary skills include Environmental Design, Vehicle design, Realistic Conceptualizations, Animations, Atmospheric and Post Production effects. Justin is fluent in Autodesk 3D Studio Max, The Unreal engine, Adobe Photoshop CS2, and Macromedia Flash.

Goals:

Justin’s goals include designing comprehensive environmental designs to be used in today’s hottest games. In addition to the gaming industry he also has his sights set on designing for the movie industry as well as providing unique designs for all his clients now and in the future.
